Oki Do Yoga combines elements of various disciplines, including traditional yoga, martial arts and Eastern philosophy, to create a comprehensive system for physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Every Tuesday morning you start your day at its best physically and emotionally. Using visualization techniques you can envision how to best live your day, overcoming difficulties and improving your emotional condition.

Dozen Online Course – Oki Do Yoga – Free University of Pesaro
Every Thursday evening, improve your physical condition, breathing, and state of mind by practicing Dozen – Oki Do Yoga in our online yoga course. This innovative approach allows you to improve your posture, relaxation, and self-awareness.
The Dozen – Oki Do Yoga practice is taught by Instructors and Masters of the Free University of Pesaro (LUOMY).
