I felt part of a group even before getting to know it in depth. I felt a great deal of enthusiasm from everyone, and this positivity was contagious.

It was exciting to see how yoga brought to school can become a discipline that unites and liberates from the rigidity of educational institutions, without judgment but just to feel good.

I am very curious to discover how my sensations will transform during the meetings, and how I will discover inner sides of myself that have been somewhat dormant, in order to express the importance of yoga and to activate and spread the practice of yoga as a lifestyle as much as possible, starting from both school and extracurricular channels. I am excited and have a hunger and thirst to know everything that revolves around yoga, which I am convinced is the answer to everything. Thank you to all the organizers, educators, etc., for this opportunity you have created and are spreading.
