The course takes place in well-equipped, welcoming, and easily accessible locations, or via online live stream.
Designed also for those who work during the week.
In addition to face-to-face and interactive lessons, there are also workshops and internships held in person and online during the week with children and teenagers

This course is designed for you if:

It is not necessary to be a yoga expert already. What matters is a willingness to practice, listen, and work on oneself.
Purpose
The course trains professionals capable of using Educational Yoga methodologies and techniques as support for the growth and learning process of children and teenagers.
The goal is to help participants develop practical skills, educational sensitivity, and an appropriate inner state to accompany young people toward authentic self-listening, the discovery of their talents, and a more harmonious relationship with their bodies, emotions, and the environment.

Goals
The program offers an educational background with theoretical foundations, tools, techniques, and specific practices of Educational Yoga. In particular, it develops in the student an attitude, motivation, and state of mind to help children and teenagers find a calm, authentic, and deep listening to themselves, in order to discover and manifest their talents.
The course will also provide the necessary knowledge, for both the educator and the student, for a more effective use of concentration, fatigue and stress recovery, and relaxation techniques, in line with the MIM-MIUR National Guidelines and the new orientations of modern pedagogy and psychology that tend to favor a global, complete, and harmonious development of the entire personality.

The total duration of the course is 200 hours.
The calendar has already been defined and includes 5 weekends for the full version and 3 weekends for the smart version, distributed between October 2026 and June 2027. It will be provided directly by the coordinators of each location.
Yes. The final assessment consists of a paper based on the Educational Yoga practical experience that the student will be supported in completing during the course.
It is possible to evaluate make-up options, including at another location during the year, in agreement with the course coordinators.
