Summer is not just a break from school; it is a precious moment when children and teenagers can slow down, play, get to know themselves, and live experiences that leave a mark.
This is why our Educational Yoga Summer Camp was created: an experience designed for children and teenagers aged 6 to 13, immersed in nature, far from the daily frenzy and built around well-being, relationships, and discovery.
From June 21 to 27, 2026, at the Il Gelso farmhouse in Cazzola di Traversetolo (PR), children will experience days full of authentic contact with nature, accompanied by qualified Educational Yoga instructors and expert educators.
Not just a simple summer camp, but an educational space where every child and teenager can feel welcomed, valued, and free to be themselves.

Why do children today need experiences in nature?
In recent years, many parents have felt the need to offer their children experiences different from the classic contexts full of stimuli, technology, and fast paces.
Children spend most of their days between school, commitments, screens, and structured activities. Often, there is a lack of space where they can simply breathe, move freely, be in nature, and experience authentic relationships.
Contact with natural environments helps children to:
- regain calm and concentration;
- develop autonomy and confidence;
- improve relationships with others;
- reduce stress and overstimulation;
- feel more present and connected with themselves.
For this reason, our residential program takes place in a setting immersed in greenery, among woods, vegetable gardens, open spaces, and outdoor activities.
What does it mean to experience a summer dedicated to Educational Yoga?
Educational Yoga is not just a physical activity. It is a pedagogical approach that combines movement, breathing, listening, cooperative play, and creative activities to help children feel good about themselves and others.
In an increasingly fast-paced and stimulus-rich world, children need spaces where they feel welcomed, heard, and free to express themselves without pressure or competition.
Through structured and engaging activities, children learn to:
- develop greater calm and concentration;
- improve relationships with others;
- express emotions and creativity;
- strengthen trust and autonomy;
- experience the group in a positive and collaborative way.
Residential Activities
The days will be marked by different experiences, all linked by a single common thread: feeling good together.
Educational Yoga Practices
Movement, breathing, relaxation, and body awareness activities proposed in a playful way suitable for the participants’ age.
Nature and Adventure
Walks, games in the woods, exploration of the natural environment, and outdoor activities.
Vegetable Garden and Farm
Experiences related to the land, caring for the garden, and contact with animals.
Creative Workshops
Artistic and expressive activities also using natural materials.
Evening Circles and Storytelling
Moments of sharing, listening, and connection experienced together under the stars.
Through these activities, young participants will be able to:
- experience collaboration and listening;
- develop greater self-confidence;
- experience the group in a positive way;
- express creativity and emotions;
- feel part of an authentic and shared experience.
Everything is proposed without competition and without pressure, with the idea that every child and teenager has their own pace and their own way of participating.
A Safe and Welcoming Educational Environment for the Growth of Children and Teenagers
In our educational residential program, the absolute priority is to offer a safe, attentive, and serene educational environment, where every child and teenager can feel welcomed and valued.
The quality of the educational presence is the heart of our proposal: children are accompanied on a journey of growth by competent and sensitive professional figures.
A Qualified and Present Educational Team
Participants are supervised by:
- qualified Educational Yoga instructors, capable of guiding children in practices of mindfulness and well-being;
- expert educators always present, attentive to emotional and relational needs;
- activities carried out in small groups, to ensure personalized attention;
- an educational context based on listening, acceptance, and positive relationships.
Who is the Educational Yoga Residential designed for?
The residential program is dedicated to children and teenagers aged 6 to 13 who wish to live an immersive educational experience in nature, consisting of relationships, movement, creativity, and well-being.
It is particularly suitable for families looking for:
- an authentic educational environment;
- emotional and relational attention;
- small groups;
- activities in nature;
- an experience away from the daily hustle and bustle.
